EXCEL Repetitive data

Please find my query in EXCEL (See attached Excel File ) :-

IF A column Data is "DEL" then put B column "DEL"
Just below in A Column if data is NULL then put B column "DEL"

IF A column Data is "DEL" then put B column "DEL"
Just below in A Column again DEL" occur then put B column "DEL"

Similarly for "BOM"


Condition is as follows :-

IF A1 is "DEL" then in Column B1 "DEL"
IF A2 is "" then in Column B2 will be again "DEL"
IF A3 is "" then in Column B3 will be again "DEL"


IF A8 is "DEL" then in Column B8 "DEL"
IF A9 is "DEL" then in Colomn B9 "DEL"

Similarly for "BOM"

IF A18 is "DEL" then in Column B18 "BOM"
IF A19 is "" then in Column B19 will be again "BOM"


IF A23 is "BOM" then in Column B23 "BOM"
IF A24 is "BOM" then in Column B24 "BOM"

Note : Data in Column A will be vary.

=IF(A2 = "", B1, A2)
