I have attached a excel sheet for reference. The requirements as below:
1) if a activity is defined as "milestone" the star should be the legend and shall be automatically move at the date (either defined in Start or Finish) in timelines based on the type defined in column B under heading type (start milestone or finish milestone)
2) if a activity is defined as "Task" the bar should be drawn between in-between start and finish date in the timelines based on the type defined in column B under heading type.
3) Also, based on the defined dependency the orange arrows should be linked to the task or milestones and if possible dates shall also be linked. if two links, them latest date to be considered
Currently, i have done it manually and figuring out if any way to do all this automatically just on defining type of the activity (column B), inter dependency (column C), start date and durations.
Please help!
