According to the attached table, the rank has been found according to Achieved %, in which some salesman does not have target.

The data in this table should come in a new table according to rank order eg:- 1 ,2 ,3 etc .....

Without target Salesman's Data Should Came Last Rank Data Below Line Wise . Need formula to arrange Rank Wise Sales Man Data In a NEW Table But Should Came Without Target Sales Man Data Must Came along with the line next to the last rank number . excel formula

Why not just sort the achieved% column to get the Answer Table. Data-->Sort

Can be done woth SORT if you have 2021 or 365:

=SORT(A4:E18,5)

1.According to the table, the rank has been found according to Achieved %,
2.According to the rank and according to the ascending order, the data should also come to the 2nd sheet through the formula
3.In this some Salesman has Achieved Amount but Target Zero.This Salesman Data. The last ranked Salesman should come in the line next to the data.
4.Similarly, some salesman has a target but no achieved amount and that should be taken as a basis
5.From this Data table only Salesman data with achieved amount and target should come to the answer table according to the above criteria.
This all Criteria Should Came In a Single Excel Formula.
