Excel Formula required for Date Pickup from table

Dear All,

I am trying to pick the date from the existing table where if the date in column D falls above c6 and below eomonth(C6,0)+1 i.e. 1st Oct'20, it will pick 28th Sep'20 i.e. D1+1 else it will take first day of next month from C6.
