Excel formula Assistance (dates and time)

Hi all,

Hope you can assist me in my problem, been thinking on this for a while now. Here how it goes and I have attached the file :

If possible I would like to have the formula in column I (Office Hours Time PO Creation Start), if column B falls on Friday and time was 9:00 pm, column I should be having the date the next monday and time as 7:30 am.
example :
Row b2 is friday 7/12/2019 and time is 9:55 pm Column I should be 7/15/2019 time 7:30am
Also is it possible to have other columns check I noticed that the if the value is negative it shows ######## I don't know why its happening

#2 Excel do not like negative times ... but it could solve something like this
ps. I gotta do some other modifications too ...

You didn't ask this ...but ... there would be 'some' challenges with those Your timestamps ...
