Excel Formatting entire row in multiple sheets based on cell text

Create the conditional formatting on the first sheet
Group the remaining sheets and use the Format Painter
Don't forget to ungroup
 
All rows on all sheets would somehow be referenced. I have questions on the impact on file size and performance this could have.
