Hi,

I need a help on the following.

I have 2 excels, for few amounts in one excel I need to find data from another excel ( all line items) based on the amount. Since my excel runs into 7 to 8 lacs line items, using Vlookup not works as lot of duplicates. is there any formula i can get ?

Thx for your great help.

Aditya

upload a sample workbook showing your data and your expected results. You should keep your sample of data to only 10-15 records

Thanks Alan. I have attached sample data. I just kept just few records.
In "bank stm" tab 2 amounts to be looked into Query tab and get all the line items in query tab. My data has close 2 lacs line items so in query file lots of duplications be there, I want to get all those line items to analyze further.

Thanks in advance
