Excel Diagnostic Analytics - Impact variables

Hi,

I have been trying to create an analytics model with multiple x and one y variable. The y variable is derived after formulating the x variables hence the multivariate regression is returning null p values. I am looking to point towards the x variable which has had the highest impact on y and put a number to the impact. I have put the % change under column N, the idea is to identify which variable has had the highest influence on the change%. I have attached a sample and it will be great if someone can help me on this. FYI, I have 100s of queues who are then split into 10s of sub queues.

Are those Your given B4:L8 -numbers as 'real' or 'random' values?
Your: the idea is to identify which variable has had the highest influence on the change%
...if those are then if add 10-33-67-100% to values, which will change the change%
then my opinion is that the highest influence has with Product Hours.
