Excel dashboard for an objective exam

Hello Everyone,

I would like to make an excel dashboard.
Objective: Calculate the score of 20 questions (containing 2 type of questions) - Scale (from 0 to 5 - depicted as a slider) and Multiple choice Questions (Choices: A, B, C, D)

Requirements:
1. Excel sheet opens with no toolbars and no status-bar. Also, if possible, in full screen mode
2. The score of the exam will be calculated by using a formula which cannot be seen by students
3. Visual appealing

Please help me. In addition, if you have a sample dashboard sheet that can be used, it would be great if you can share it.

I'd suggest three things

1. Review the existing dashboards here at Chandoo.org and find one that is visually appealing to you

2. Decide exactly what data you want to see and in what format, eg charts, tables, Actual vs budget, YTD etc

3. Post a sample file here so we can give specific advice
