''Excel cannot open the file Because the file format or file extentions it is not valid'' error?

Hello, I accidentally deleted some important excel files through shift+delete. I used 3rd applications to get deleted files. I found it and took it . When I open the excel files ıt says this explanation on the title. how should I save the excel files?

What are file extensions of those files, which are You trying to open now?
What were those before You .. deleted those?
Have You checked Your backups?

Are You sure that file was .xlsx?
If Your change extension to .xls then it would open.
... I don't know or guess - what should be there... ? ... almost empty file.
How about those backups?

Has someone else those same files?
Do You has any files which has use those files too? ... as links or so?
Have You checked do Excel has backups?
 
Unfortunately, I had these on my computer and these were deleted. I don't have backups or links too. Do you have any opinion on how to get those deleted files without any loss?

I have had already many options
the last one would be which will always work
... as You have done those once ... then the 2nd time to do those, won't need so much writing anymore - You know -what do those needs.
