Need help Please with Calendar & Activity planner that I downloaded for ms excel 2016. How do I add more colour and events to Special so that it, will automatically show up on the calendar with the Notes displayed as well. On the Daily Sheet it has the following headings Date: Special? Notes Example Date: 10 September Special? Birthday Notes: Roger, Date: 27 March Special? Church Notes: Soup Drive. This is what i want to be displayed on calendar.
On the Full Sheet the Special event only has 3 colours.

< Anniversary
< Vacation or Holiday
I need to add 14 Colours with the notes discription
