Please can you let me know how to calculate employee overtime costs/gender/job/job family/department etc in excel.
How do i best visualise this in terms of charts and kpis?
Is there a method in excel by which i can present a summary of results found from the analysis?

You should know rules,
which You would need or should to use with Your calculation.

You would manually fill expected results.
Do those samples cover all cases?
