I am trying to choose between cells (say B1, D1 --only one of which should have a numerical value) and place that value in another cell (say F1). But, if they both have a numerical value, I'd like F1 to show "SEE B1". Also, when both B1 and D1 are empty, I'd like F1 to also be empty--not show zero(s).
