Don't graph months with a blank value

In the attached file, August Through December is blank and they show up on the graph. Is it possible to display only the months that have values so that these blank months do not show up on the graph?

I understand #1, but I'm not sure what you mean by #2.

You've there a formula which shows those results.
Change ... modify it (formula) the way that (formula) shows only needed/wanted rows ( which has something in D-column too ).
