Display sorted Cells in Gantt Chart - Solution for linked cells

Hello!

I am trying to sort this gantt chart by project milestone.

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/28669516/Project%20Tracking%20-%206%20Mo.%20Calendar%20-%20Sortable.xlsx

If I sort by End, there are two problems I encounter. 1st problem: The project length and milestone end date are in the same column, and excel cannot distinguish between the two. Solution: create a separate column just for project milestone due dates and define cell name as project milestone due date.

2nd Problem: Excel projects are not linked with tasks. I can sort by project milestone, but cannot get the projects to stay together. For example, if you sort by milestone due date, ascending order, I get all of the due dates in the right order, but project names and the other associated milstones sort separately. this throws the gantt chart completely off.

I tried creating a hidden column with labels to sort by, (project 1,A,B,C etc) but no luck. I tried using V lookup to bring the projects with soonest deadlines into another column, but can't make it work.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.
