Difficulty Resetting Password for WordPress Website

I have been taking the online Excel class on the Wordpress site but mistakenly misplaced my original email with password. When I try to reset the password by entering my email address and clicking "Get New Password," it says "Check your email for the confirmation link"...but I am not receiving a new email to reset my password. My subscription ends soon and I'd like to download the content so that I can reference it later on.

Please let me know what I can do to get access again.
