Delete Duplicate Values based on Scores

Hello,

I need to delete the row based on the scores. If the Scores are same for a particular Country, Only one row to be kept and the other to be deleted.

I have attached a sample dataset with answers for reference. Kindly advise.

Thanks Marc. This method I have tried and I know about this. My requirement is to have all the rows in place with an additional column to mention KEEP or DELETE.

Hello Vletm, I tried changing the number in cell C10 to 11 as value. Then the formula is not changing to Keep and it's showing as DELETE only. Under France now C10 has the higher value.

Your sample data should have needed cases for every case.
Your sample expected results shows always 2nd same higher role to KEEP - why?
Only one row to be kept and the other to be deleted.
Test this sample - based Your C11 value is 11.
