I have build some macro, and i want it to work on some specifc date, how does it is possible

or
Could it run ONLY in that specific date?

If you need to run it on schedule or on specific date...

Personally, I'd just use VBS file (which will open specific Excel file and run the macro stored within). And use Task Scheduler to run the VBS on schedule.

its not an scheduling, i want to run the macro till march 31st, if it exceeds it should not run and no one could be able to modify
