as per your result only one month calculation, i am expecting each month same as 5.83% more than 5 years 8.33%, please check as attached

Do You have clear idea ( eg formula) - how to solve that term?
Do You have expected result for Your sample?

Where comes some monthly value 17? ... why not 19 months?
Aren't those %-values per year as in many cases?

one month = 583

I can calculate 16 months.
Your sample has written something about ... years.
... within two years ... one whole year.
Of course, You can calculate as You would like to do.

actually it was issue with mm/dd/yy format.. now corrected the formula.. check is this fine?

if you are sure always will come joining date is 1st and end date is last.. then use this datedif.

Do You have clear image that date in cell A2 is from January or April?
... date in cell B2 looks same ... August?

How many days need to get something bases not full month?

Cell A2 is same as 44565 ... which is 04-Jan-2022
if You custom format Your cell C2 with dd-mmm-yyyy ... what do You get?
