Dear i know how to verify, but formula issue only, if you know just do it i will verify

Your sample has written something about ... years.
... within two years ... one whole year.
Of course, You can calculate as You would like to do.

if You custom format Your cell C2 with dd-mmm-yyyy ... what do You get?
