date format in a table

I've been working on a table/userForm for awhile now. His "Excelence", Hui, has given me quite alot of help. No one better. I'll give him a break and ask this question

Col O Col P

4 12/1/2010 12/30/00 (=IF(ISBLANK(O4),"",Table1[[#This Row],[PM Comp Date]]+365)

I've used the formula many times before to get populate a cell w/next years date so why doesn't formula result in 12/1/2011? Note: O4 is populated by combo box and userform.

Hi bfraser,

the date format for the number 365 = 12/30/00. That means it is taking PM_Comp_Date as 0.

Is your Col O formatted as date or text? You may have to convert the Text format from the form into a date format on the table.

Bill

Column O is text

I've emailed you separately with a work around
