Date covertion not working

HI,

Please go through the attached file. I tried all way to covert the date. But failed.

Ex: "202109" converted to 01-01-1909.

I would truly appreciate it if any help. Thank you so much in advance.

Your 202109 isn't 202109
... there is something extra in front of Your 202109
You should use TRIM-function to get it as 202109.
... after that Your formula works.

Change your formula to =DATE((LEFT(B2,4)),(RIGHT(B2,2)),1) and format as required
Check the syntax of your formulas first when you get in trouble
