Date Calcualtion Question :: Years and Months

Hi Everyone,

Question for you. I'm trying to figure out how long a person worked at a company to the year and month. For example, they were employed from XX/XX/XXXX date through XX/XX/XXXX date-- how many years and months were they employed- displayed like X years and Y Months, say 7 years and 3 months.

I'm familiar with the DATEDIF function, but am curious as to some other plausible solutions.

One possible option... It's only roughly accurate though given it assumes every month to have 30 days and every year to have 365 days.
