First sheet has the below data first column greeting and in next column there will be next line blank and then next column opposite to blank cell company name

Company name
Client name
Correct
How was your
When did you

Second sheet has only first row data

Greetings
Correct

I needed a VBA code which will do a data validation from sheet one and in second sheet next to greetings and Correct there will be a drop down list of first sheets next row

Ex
Greetings and next column with a drop down company name and client name

Please help me on this cpde
