Hi, I just want to ask the best way to standardize data in excel. I have a list of vendors but most of them have different names, though they're just the same company. For example: ABC, ab c, ABC,LLC, abc-llc. I want to change them all to ABC, LLC so I could easily sum up the charges per vendor.
Moreover, I'm handling huge data and we need to process this monthly. Thus, I need to find a way to automate the data standardization process. Hope you could help me. Thanks!
