Data entry Interface with search and insert capacity

I went into a new position that involves getting data from users and analyzing it. As such, I want to be able to control the data they enter in some fields by suggesting options as they type. I have a lookup table with values that the field would be pulling from. Is there a way to do that in excel?

For instance when a user is typing the name of a supplier, I want the matching names of suppliers we already have on record to appear as they they type. Also I want them to be able to add a supplier if non matches.

Hopefully this makes sense.
