Dashboard for LC(Letter of Credit)

Can any one help me out to create a dashboard of LC (Letter of Credit)

1) Get movement LC as on:
Opening LC As on
LC opened during the period (specfic period)
Less Matured during the period
Closing balance of LC opened

2) LC going to be matured in next coming 7 days
3) Tend of LC opened and matured with specific suppliers
4) If LIMIT OF LC is 100 million then LC utilization with respect to LC limit and availabe limit for next 7 days,
5) Formulas for data sheet to calculate LC days w.r.t to TERMS and Accordingly calculate the due dates
6) Any other information need to filed in column or auto calculation

After that, make a sample of your dashboard so the people may know how you want to present your data or how your dashboard should be look like.
