Please, continue writing options which are possible.... Now, those '480' can even calculate somewhere eg as this file.

#3 Each person will use the file and enter the details in ...
Each person will use OWN file and 'master' would upload done rows from those 10 files.
How about giving a space in the 'form' to enter the time manually by the people.

Yes, Each person will use own file and'master' fill should pull data from those 10 files

I've done something same kind ...
Each user has file like below...
Screenshot 2019-07-16 at 20.35.30.png
In the morning, user comes IN and select users 'duties' and press 'the button'.
Then next 'duty' starts, user will select again 'duties' and press 'the button'.
That will continue as many times as needed.
In the evening, user will select 'OUT'-duty and that day would be done.
Next working day same would continue same way ...
The file will save all actions which would download as needed...

Once we select 'Duties' Will it take us to the 'form' to enter the details?

Did You read my basic steps?
That is the file - the sheet -the form.
User make needed ... (two?) ... selection and press 'the button'.
Isn't that all needed?

Is here needed information which You need for Your calculation?
Users information will save automatic while open own file ( other users cannot open it ... )
as well as
timestamp while 'SAVE' it.
This do not have none functionality.

Yes the information which is on form is enough.
I feel entering date manually will be fine bcoz we work in night shift which means login @ 05:00PM and logout @ 02:AM.

hmm?
After You wrote the 1st line ...
Did You remember -
what did You write to the 1st line,
while You wrote the 2nd line?

Why? As I tried to write there...
Make selections and press [ SAVE ] ... start working - okay?
After 'duty' is done ...
'Normally', You should start next 'duty' -- or how?
Make selections and press [ SAVE ] ... start working - okay?
After 'duty' is done ...
if 'needs break' then press [ LOG ] ... then previous 'duty' ends - and - 'break' starts - okay?
Soon -- back to working ...
Make selections and press [ SAVE ] ... start working - okay?
Why needs something 'Start' and 'End'?
The time never stops!

People work on different engagements which need not to capture in this tracker... This tracker will be specifically used for one set of work.
Make selections and press start… Start working
After ‘duty’ is done.. they may start different engagement so it’s better to stop the work come back whenever required and start again.
LOG – If we can capture the brk time under ‘BREAK’ that will be great.
