Daily percentage to achieve target with changing daily actual against target

My end goal is to achieve 95% case closure at the end of each quarter. Daily actual achievement can be below or above the target, so basis on what is achieved so far I want to be able to see at what % case closure need to be for the rest of the period.

For example: Day 1 case closure is 98%, Day 2 case closure is 88%, Day 3 case closure is 75%. At what % do I need to close cases to achieve 95% at the end of the quarter.
