csv file with formating

can anybody please update me how I save *.csv file with formating

Apparently you cannot do this, Comma Separated Values Files only hold data in the context of Text (rather human readable format).

Specifically what format are you after?

Actually Hui I need to to do some colour for present that sheet. but after doing this if I reopen this sheet again it comes by default (text mode).

CSV, Files do not have the ability to store Text or Background Color, Fonts or other such formatting


But you can specify how the numbers and text is stored


You may have worked on a file in Excel and formatted it

If you Save As a *.csv file you will loose any formatting.

In these cases save as an Excel File *.xlsx
