Create a dynamic list from a table

I am tryng to create a dynamic list from data in a table. For example I have a list of action Items that that I want to display on dashboard. I want to display the action items that are due in within a 7 day period of the current date.
 
Attach a sample workbook
Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.
