Counting differences in column D

I am looking for a formula when the values in Colum c and column b and column c are the same, i want to count the differences in column D result in E
A B C D E (result of formula)
ok bread butter Cheese 2
ok bread butter meat 2
ok bread butter Cheese 2
there are 2 different values in Column D with the same values in Column A,B and C

=SUMPRODUCT((A$2:A$4=A2)*(B$2:B$4=B2)*(C$2:C$4=C2)/COUNTIF(D$2:D$4,D$2:D$4))
