Countifs formula error not getting the correct result?

Dear All,

In the attached Countifs Working file i was just counting how many Gap Up "Won" condition ">=0.50% and <1%". I'm getting only 3 but the actual result is 4 between the given dates.

Do help me to correct the formula.

Hi, please try

In

D4, enter formula:

=ROUND((B4-C3)/C3,4)

Then,

D4 >> Format Cells >> Percentage, Decimal places: 2 >> Finish

And,

All copied down

Bosco its perfect. What will be the formula for this condition

Gap Down "Won" condition ">= -0.50% and < -1%
Gap Down "Won condition ">=-1% and < -2%
