Copying Cell Values into Comments of another Cells

How to copy cell values in a worksheet to the comments boxes of another cell in a different worksheet.

Ex: I have a heat map, wherein a matrix with two dimension BRANCH AND INDUSTRY are present. After I click on certain cell (say MUMBAI, REAL ESTATE), I would like the comment to pop up displaying all the TOP CLIENTS of REAL ESTATE in MUMBAI to appear in the comment boxes. The information is present in other worksheet in three columns - BRANCH, INDUSTRY & CLIENTS NAME.
