Copy entire row from a sheet if the criteria column is yes to a different sheet

However the code isn't working for me.

Here's mine: (attached spreadsheet)

I have my data in sheet 2 "template" (please disregard the other sheets)
(A8 to AH 16)

I only want the rows to be copied IF: AH column says YES in contact pointers sheet (sheet4)

From my data that rows that say yes are:
Rows: 8,9,14,15, and 16.

So I want the data of each of these rows in "contact pointers sheet"

Can anyone help me with the

? PLEASE?

I tried the formula for hours already and it's driving me crazy.

Is there a way just to copy the value not the entire formula? It's actually ruins the formula and the result when copying to the other sheet. Thank you again in advance.
