Copy Data from the Drop down list

Hello Sir,


I have a file which has a drop down list. Every time I try copying the data from it I am getting the image as a paste result. Can you help me to copy the specific hilighted country from the " Deal Country" field.


I have attached the sample file for your reference. Thank you

Why should you copy the data from the combo box ?


The cell link is provided for this specific purpose ; your combo box cell link points to :


Formulas!$B$12


but the tab labelled Formulas is not accessible in your OPG V7.xlsm workbook ; why don't you use this link to access the country from the list of countries using an INDEX statement ; then when you make a country selection in the combo box , you will get your selected country name.

In addition what NARAYANK says.. Please also try to differentiate between

ActiveX control & Form Control.. (google for more detail)


ActiveX Control are actually Embedded Picture.. that's why it copying IMAGE.. instead of TEXT..
