    =A1-Int(A1)
Then apply a custom Number format of h:mm:ss etc

    Or…....................

    A1 : 08-FEB-19 10.56.14.634000000 AM

    B1, enter formula :

    =0+REPLACE(REPLACE(A1,FIND(".",A1),1,":"),FIND(".",A1,FIND(".",A1)+1),1,":")

Then, apply a Custom Number Format of dd-mmm-yy h:mm:ss AM/PM

    or, h:mm:ss AM/PM

    Regards
    Bosco
