Connecting to oracle remotely

Hi I am using citrix app to connect to oracle remotely. is it possible for me to do that with excel and execute the oracle queries.

Yes, it is possible.


The citrix server where MS-Excel is hosted should have the ODBC drivers / ADO drivers for Oracle installed.


You can then ask the system administrator to setup a System DSN to the Oracle Server and use the connection string in excel to connect.
