Conditional formatting on chart

i m trying to do machine capacity vs Utilization Tracker chart.i want to put condition if mahcine utilized less than 50 % ,bar need to become red.if utilization is 50%-94% chart bar need to be yellow and if machine utilization is more than 95% chart bar must be green.is it possible to put this conditional rule in 2-D clustered chart ?

You need some simple IFs to make your data series, one for each colour. Using NA() does not plot data on a chart.
Sample attached. Capacity is on left axis and utilization series are on right (second) axis, which is not shown. Both must have the same maximum bound.
