Conditional Formatting a chart

Hi Chandoo,

In the pitching dash tab, I am trying to highlight cells that equal to R4 (the 2014 era pitching chart). I have the formula r4=$r$4. It doesn't seem to quiet be working right. I have blanks where I don't want the format and double numbers in different cells where I only want it to format for that selected player. I hope you can show me how this is done. Thank you for your time and appreciate your help because I can't figure it out. Joe, from Michigan.

After selecting the range G6:N26 , enter the formula :

=G6 = $R$4

Hi Narayank,
I applied the formula and its still not coming out right. When I select March the whole row is formatted and also October and a few other cells. So I don't know what is going on.
