Dear Mentors,

I am trying to get the reductions % of volume ( who all have stop sending req). Please suggest me how can I do that.
In comparison tab I want) combined list of customer frm ( Some of them are common) both the tabs and count of req they have sent. How can I achieve it with the help of formula.

I would be looking for help sir.

Is there some reason for eg below Customers Names
National Employent <> National Employment
Forster <> Forester
... some of those has extra characters eg in the end.
eg CMS

Could You show Your expected results?

those were typing error. expecting cust name available in from both list and their count of req.

How some else could guess, which data has typos?
Different texts are different texts.
Did You notice that D & E-columns has those Your expected values?
Do You mean that You don't want the reductions % of volume?
 
Hi sir,

apologies, I got that. just wanted to be clear on reductions. Requests which are recvd in 2022 are for short tenure, how can it be justified against received in 2021.

how can I get the list of customers with their count of req who were there in 2021. like eg Scottish Priosn was there in 2021 but not in 2022 , same for unity trust and D&G alson with those who are available in bth the list.

I would do it my way for me - something like with this sample

That file has three sheets - two for data and one for results.
There are some sample data by You in two sheets.
... and as written by selecting that 3rd sheet
There should be results based those two data sheets.
Headers should give an idea - what could see in those columns - below one sample.

#1 data from 1st sheet ---- 188
#2 data from 2nd sheet --- 66
Count ... ( 188 + 66 ) ------ 254
Something same which You've shown with some file.
Blue value --- something what has happened

got it sir thanks.. what is the formula to get both the values into one table. Like in table two some of the customers not available which are in table 1. so instead of removing them how can I add those into new table with common list of customers in both the table.
