Compare two sheet , i.e import sheet and htmlcopy sheet and give result in third sheet i.e check sheet

Dear All,

I have a three sheet in excel file ,import , htmocopy and check sheet.
for employee 14088 in check sheet . all data from date 16-7-2019 to 15-08-19 match with two sheets import sheet and htmlcopy sheet then result in check sheet gives true for each date cell else false in corresponding cell.
same for employee 19770 and so on...
