Combined chart(stacked cluster and line chart in one chart)

Hi All,
I want to create a combined chart, which includes stacked chart,clustered and line chart.
Enclosing the data for the same.

• Capex Maintenance and R&D to be shown as clustered with sites still functioning and exit sites as stacked.
• % of sales as a line chart on the secondary axis.

One way we can do this is by creating different charts for the data and then superimposing them, and making necessary edits in axis.Is there any shorter way to do this?
