Combination data with 4 dimensions

Hi
I have a data set where my column A has values in billions, column B has value in million, column C % change in revenue and column D is % change in assets

Is there anyway in which this four variable can form part of same chart. As 2 variables are in % and two in absolute terms. Please advise really urgent.

see attached.
millions/billions charted on left hand side logarithmic scale
percentages on right hand scale, not log scale.

Hi Dipti ,

Charts should always be created so that they present a picture , and not because they share a common scale.

You need to decide what kind of a picture you wish to present ; do you want to show how the revenue has varied in relation to the assets ? Is this a valid relationship ? If the relationship itself is not valid , as happens when assets are added to take care of statutory regulations , or because they can improve productivity , or because they cater to employee welfare ,... then relating the two is not really valid.

Hi all
Thanks for taking time and responding to my query. Well the idea is I have few countries for which I have new clients for this year. So I have their assets and their production for this year. But then I also have % change in assets and % change in production. Basically I want to represent this in an single graph. Like assets and how % change was part of this assets and similarly production

I want something on this lines

I hope this will help to understand what I am looking for hence its getting difficult to plot

Thanks
