Code to delete entire row

Please, I need a code whereby when "CLEARED" appears in cell R13, the entire R row should be deleted. When there is no indication of cleared, the row should not be deleted. Thank You

CLEARED is by manual input.
Every row that has cleared in column A should be deleted entirely. And the cells or rows below it should be moved upwards when deleted

I'm sorry for the mix up. Any cell where there is CLEARED, that entire row should be deleted..
