I select the item code from e column in stock intake i dont have issue in f column stock in take but enter in stock out in g column i have to check whether is quantity avaible in H col in investory sheet

Can u please give any solution for this

Maybe,

1] To use "Conditional Formatting" to make alarm if Initial Stock + Stack In quantity are less than Stock out quantity.

2] In "Stock In Take" sheet >> Select G8:G1000 >> "Conditional Formatting" >> "Use a formula" …>>

Edit the rule: =(IFERROR(VLOOKUP($E8,Inventory!$D$8:$E$500,2,0),0)+$F8)<$G8

>> "Format", choose font in red color >> OK
