Check Blank cells & display message

I m using excel sheet where data is to be filled by other people.
Column A to M
if A2 is filed with data then it should check B2:M2

and if any blank cells then display message and highlight on the blank cell

if A2 is blank then no message, no highlight

Employee Code No. Employee Name Gender Employement Status Date Of Birth Date Of Joining Location Region Vertical Department Grade Designation Type of Employee

Hi,

Check out the attached file, I have used conditional formatting in the first 10 rows to highlight the blank cells

Do you really need a message box as it has to be created through a macro
