Charting using Text inputs

I need to chart credit ratings using text. Can not figure how to chart the text values and have the axis also have text values.

My inputs are:

Yr.6 Yr.7 Yr.8 Yr.9 Yr.10 Yr.11 Yr.12 Yr.13 Yr.14

Credit Rating A- A A+ A+ A+ A A+ B+ A-


Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have enjoyed learning from your newsletters and website.
