Chart with Multiple data points

Hi All,

I am trying to plot multiple data points using a line graphs, this is a weekly report and data points will be increasing every week. It looks very cluttered as there are multiple data points. could you pls. advice an appropriate graph so that it is easily readable. Pls. find attached the file.

Thanks for quick response, that's a helpful link however I need to PDF the file and forward it to the management. Is there a type of graph where it is visually readable and it also fits many data points.

Do you have to have all those series on one chart or can they be separated into multiple charts? I think the issue with adding new data every week is a relatively easy fix (named ranges with offset or put data in a table) but the presentation is the challenge here considering the PDF requirement.

True, presentation is the challenge, breaking my head to make it look right.
