I want to project that client 1 , project 1 say 1& 2 are closed and 3 is open or in progress
How to track each complaint individually to ensure the open or closed status of it .
I also need to track the over due status say client 1 has complained on project 1
on 4/april/2011 then this should have a closed status target by 45 days
complaint logged target date to be completed
