Chart points showing all data that shares the point.

I have a chart that as I add data to it the graph charts those points, however, when I hover over a shared data point it only gives the information from the last data entry. Is there a way to have it show all the data on that shared point? Thanks for any help in advance.

I am unable to upload a file as the file is too large. I am working on trying to make it smaller in size without removing the functionality.

I tried to make the file small enough to post, but even removing all the macros and formulas, and chopping down the data, the file is too big. So any help would be greatly appreciated if there is a way to do this. Thanks for your time.
